RETURNS / EXCHANGES
If you change your mind about the products or garments you have purchased from us, please note we do not offer refunds but are happy to exchange or offer a store credit note for the purchase amount.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused / unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Returns and exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days of receiving the product. To authorise the return / exchange please email hello@littlegypsyco.com.
Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first.
RETURN SHIPPING
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS
Should an item be faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@littlegypsyco.com with your name and order and details of the fault including a photo. Please clearly state if you require a refund or a replacement. Often this means we can send out your replacement before you return the faulty item, which means the problem is solved faster. If the item purchased is out of stock or no longer available then you will be offered store credit or a refund.

Domestic Orders
We send all our parcel via a traceable shipping method. We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia.
Prices are calculated based on the weight of your order total.
You will be issued a tracking number on the completion of your order.
We try and get your orders out to you as soon as possible usually within 1-2days.
Standard Shipping
3-7 Working Days
0-500 grams $10 AUD
500 grams-3 kilograms $15 AUD
3 kilograms and above $20 AUD
Express Shipping
2-4 Working Days
0-500 grams $15 AUD
500 grams-3 kilograms $20 AUD
3 kilograms and above $ 25 AUD
Please allow 2-3 Extra Working Days for Western Australia + Rural Orders.
International Orders
International orders are shipped via Australia Post and come with tracking.
International delivery times vary between 3 -12 business days of shipping, plus customs processing time.
Prices are calculated based on the weight of your order total.
Delays caused by parcels being held in customs is out of our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes so please contact your local customs authority for all details and rates.
LITTLE GYPSY CO is not responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be applicable.
Standard International Shipping:
0-500 grams $25 AUD
500 grams- 1 kilogram $40 AUD
1 kilogram- 2kilogram $65 AUD
2 kilograms and above $85 AUD
LITTLE GYPSY CO is not responsible for items that go missing within Australia & internationally.
LITTLE GYPSY CO is also not responsible for addresses that are entered incorrectly, so please ensure you check all entered information at checkout.
