RETURNS / EXCHANGE FULL PRICED ITEMS

We understand that online shopping can be difficult and we really want you to be in love with your new purchase. If you purchase a full priced item and decide for any reason the item isn't suitable you are able to return for a refund or store credit minus the shipping costs paid.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange you need to contact us via email to hello@shopalakai.com within 3 days of receiving the item. The return needs to be posted back within 7 days of receiving at the buyers expense. International shipping times are taken into consideration.

Your item must be unused / unworn and in the same condition that you received it with tags, and folded neatly. Please do not send your purchase back to us without contacting us first. It will be returned back to you.

FAULTY ITEMS

Should an item be faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item by emailing hello@shopalakai.com with your name and order and details of the fault including a photo. Please clearly state if you require a refund or a replacement. Often this means we can send out your replacement before you return the faulty item, which means the problem is solved faster. If the item purchased is out of stock or no longer available then you will be offered store credit or a refund.

Domestic Orders

 We send all our parcel via a traceable shipping method. We offer standard and express shipping options within Australia and sent via AUSPOST

Prices are calculated based on the weight of your order total.

You will be issued a tracking number on the completion of your order. 

We aim to get your orders out to you as soon as possible usually within 1-2days and ship from the Gold Coast, Australia 

Standard Shipping

3-7 Working Days

​0-500 grams $10 AUD

500 grams-3 kilograms $15 AUD

3 kilograms and above $20 AUD

Express Shipping

2-4 Working Days

​0-500 grams $15 AUD

500 grams-3 kilograms $20 AUD

3 kilograms and above $ 25 AUD

Please allow 2-3 Extra Working Days for Western Australia + Rural Orders.

 International Orders

Please note:  Due to Covid-19  times have delivery times have been delayed. Please keep this in mind when ordering. If you need your order urgently we suggest using our DHL Express service.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post and DHL Express and come with tracking.

International standard delivery times vary between 4-20 business days of shipping, plus customs processing time. 

DHL Express Shipping times vary between 4-7days

Prices are calculated based on the weight of your order total.

Delays caused by parcels being held in customs is out of our control. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes so please contact your local customs authority for all details and rates.
